Accepted teams will be posted here by April 15, 2012

Limited to 90 teams - EVENT IS OPEN FOR REGISTRATION
DEADLINE TO ENTER is April 1, 2012

All games will be played at either Paulson, Minnick, Ambuc, Scarboro Softball Complex's, Savannah State University
or the Boys and Girls Club
19 fields all within 2.5 miles of each other.

Games will begin at 12:00 PM on Friday.
All teams MUST be prepared to play Friday through 5:00 PM on Sunday

Entry Fee is $500 and is due at time of registration and before April 1, 2012

Due to requests of past teams to have a per team "Gate Fee" instead of individual
admission charges at the gate, we will allow teams to pay a $150 "Gate Fee"
by May 15, 2012 that allows all their fans, family and coaches to enter for free.
Teams can then re-coop those fees from their parents.
We hope this change makes attending the Southern Star a little more pleasurable for all family and fans

HOTEL INFORMATION

HOTEL INFORMATION - All teams are asked to wait to make hotel reservations until they have been officially accepted and then use only approved hotels for their stay. Hotels within the area help out with discouted rates for the college coaches.

Savannah, GA - A list of host hotels will be sent to all accepted teams. All teams
are required to use host properties.

The Summer 2012 Southern Star Team Event will be played in Savannah, GA on June 22-24, 2012. The field will be limited to 90 teams all of whom must be registered as 18u GOLD, 18u A, 16u A or 14u A.

Each team will play a 5 game round robin format.

Deadline to enter the 2012 Southern Star Summer Team Event is April 1, 2012.

Deadline to enter the 2012 Southern Star Fall Team Events is September 1, 2012.
